Just wanted to give you all a heads up that the Vita is safe^^ I discussed the matter with the Gamestop employee/manager (it's a really small store) and I will buy the 3DS XL regularly. Then I will take it home with me, do the transfer and then I will "return" it. I'll buy it again and use the trade in option. And two weeks later I will also get NSMB2 for 5€.
Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.
