Get a flyswatter, it's easier to deal with them than with the flycatcher, unless you want to collect them.

I've got a flyswatter downstairs, so I might use that in the future

If there are too many of them, tell your parents about your problem. If nobody in your family cares about it then open the door so the flies spread across the house, that way they'll do something.

They're in every room of the house, so that wouldn't do anything :p
