At first I thought that was a Sith cosplay, then I saw the flycatcher...
Get a flyswatter, it's easier to deal with them than with the flycatcher, unless you want to collect them.
If there are too many of them, tell your parents about your problem. If nobody in your family cares about it then open the door so the flies spread across the house, that way they'll do something.
And never turn on any light at night with the window open.
