I agree, 3-D is a fad. I recently bought a TV and had the chance to get a 3D tv... didn't bother. Just got an 42" LED instead for a fraction of the price i might add. I have 2 friends that bought 3d tv's and they barely use the function. I quite often go see movies in 2d now, unless they were filmed in 3d or unless with friends who bought the tickets 3d online prior. I don't get headaches or anything like that, I just think it useless.
edit: Not entirely useless, the 3ds is doing very well and i'll actually consider getting one later the 3ds gen.
