Britain and France might have been fought to exhaustion by Qaddafi? lolno. It was just that Britain and France didn't quite want to. They've grown used to American commitments being the bulk of NATO action, but they are quite ready to pull their own weight on matters like that.
I do agree that there needs to be a re-evaluation of our foreign policy, one more committed to multilateral action, but i do not believe we can afford to ignore a lot of what goes on in the world, and a re-evaluation of priorities (namely in that Russia is not our enemy, so we should abandon that idiotic European missile defense shield)
