3DS sold over 5m last year. It has gained a year of games including NSMB2 and an XL version. Additionally, we will see many retailer specific gift card style discounts. I think 9m is easily doable.
PSV will be bundled like crazy. Another person posted a AC3 bundle where the game is free. I'm sure they'll do the same with CoD. It will still sale far under what Sony wants, but 3m is a safe estimate based on its sales throughout the year and what holidays usually do for a product in comparison.
Wii sold 4m last year and will be at a new lower $99 price point with various bundles and probably other retailer items. 2m is a definite.
