Click the "View Whole Collection" option below your game collection and all your games will appear on a fresh page ordered first by system, then alphabetically. Below each game on this screen there is a "Prioritise on Profile" option. Click these below the games you want to appear on your profile. The order in which you click them is the order in which they'll appear.
