Please, everybody, do not post silly links. Are you even aware what junk a GeForce 520 is?
With $800, obviously praising SSDs and Intel I7s is also out of question.
With that budget, find an AMD 6core and something with a GeForce 560/AMD 7850 range. 4G Ram is enough if you go 32 bit OS, 8G is good for 64 bit OS.
