Look at your entire list, then take out all the games that you will be able to play if you already have a PS3
What are you left with?
That is why people say it doesn't have enough content... the on-the-go argument is not enough to justify a $250 hardware cost to have access to games you could get and play on your PS3. The PSV that have sold, have mostly sold to people that already own a PS3 - this according to Sony.
