The OP asked for the biggest dissapointment not the crappiest game.
I wasn't dissapointed in Mind Jack even though it was a pile of horse shit, simply because I know I was going to play a pile of hors shit.
FF XIII is my biggest dissapointment in recent memory Another is Dragon Age 2.
