Wow, that sucks. The name of my current project is an incredibly simple word which by some miracle hadn't been taken by similar media when I trademarked it so I guess I was kinda lucky. Looks the same for the USA, and I honestly think I'll try something to grab it there too, but I still have to study how laws will apply on this one and if it'll be worthy.

If you really reallt like the name try contacting Tor or something and try to cut a deal even if it's only to release a few dozen exemplars so you don't have trademark issues later. Yeah, the name would still be the same but you could then wait until everybody forgets about the movie right?

the problem is that I haven't published it yet, I always go and rewrite it, at first it was actually about a boy and a girl that had their parents killed and then were kidnapped by an abusive person to do some "dirty work" , and treat them like shit , who then himself get killed by a rival gang by blowing up his workplace, and the girl (in her teenage years) was there when the building collapsed on her and she lost her memory , only to be found by the same headhunter gang that killed her adopted father, and then they raised her as their own, and the boy thought his sister was dead and had swore revenge, he rose to become a gang leader himself only in a twisted irony to be  targeted by his own sister which is now a fully fledged headhunter herself, and then stuff happens blah blah and they both die, she killed him and then finds out that he is her brother, only to go against the headhunters , and get killed herself, the end

yeah i had to scratch all that and rewrite it again.

This is absolutely normal. The plotines I wrote and then scratched fill a LOTR-sized book.

But maybe you can get the beta published somewhere, maybe even self-publish it, altough I'm not sure if this is going to legally protect you.
