ALL countries should get rid of nuclear weapons.  Otherwise there'll only be a nuclear arms race.

That would mean people would have nukes illegally. Do you want criminals and terrorists to be the only people with nukes?

That's assuming criminals and terrorists could even obtain nukes, something no such organization has been able to do.
