As for a ban on currency and capitalism, do you have an answer for managing the delay in the exchange in goods and services, and also ways to address issues with common areas being overrun by bad behavior?  You also don't have a mechanism for giving people an idea on what to produce.

3D-printing, neural interface and quantum encryption. Also artificial intelligence systems with a strong understanding of chaos theory should help. Hopefully gene therapy and genetic tailoring will free humans once and for all of alpha male instincts, so no worries of economic or politic gorillas like we have today

Seriously, do you really think we have reached the apex of economical, political and social advancement? If anything the last century proved we are economically, politically and socially stupid... chances are a 3000 AD individual, be it artificial intelligence, transhuman or uplifted animal, will look at today's USA and think of it the same we do of the Assyrian Empire. 

The future holds either business as usual or life. Think George W. Bush with nano warfare at his disposal. These two simply aren't compatible.
