I don't know how often you do or don't cycle, but it might not take as much you as may think in order for the steroids to have a negative impact on you health. You can do as you wish. I was just putting it out there. Oh and on top oc cardiac sysmtoms people who do steroids can have other complications. You body might start producing less testosterone naturally especially if you are using at a young age (I don't know your real age), and they can have a big impact on your adrenal glads and lead to cushing or other diseases. Not saying this will happen. Just saying it can.
Edit: if you're going to use I suggest building up your cardiovascular system a lot before hand. Lots of endurance running and sprints. That way your heart wont respond as much to the drug, but either way you can get really good results naturally as well. I used to work out a lot, and I once put on 22lbs in 3.5 months which is a lot for someone 5'10 who started at 170 at the begining of the bulk. Granted it wasn't a clean bulk, but I did get a fair amount of muscle.
I was walking down along the street and I heard this voice saying, "Good evening, Mr. Dowd." Well, I turned around and here was this big six-foot rabbit leaning up against a lamp-post. Well, I thought nothing of that because when you've lived in a town as long as I've lived in this one, you get used to the fact that everybody knows your name.
