My friend is a nurse at a cardiac clinic, and a few years back when I joked about taking steroids she told me that the majority of younger people that come in and have heart problems are people who are either using or have used steroids. 

That's fine, I know young people that are diabetics, have grave's disease, etc that are in far worse condition than any meathead shooting up.  Ok, granted it can mess with your heart but to do that you would first get other symptoms like a huge roid gut, and acromegaly so bad that you would appear to be a cromagnon man. Do you really think that I will abuse these drugs to that point?  If so then I can see your logic.
