Of Course the Wii U is a lot more powerful than PS3 and Xbox360. People who claim the Wii U has less power don't know much (nothing) about tech.

But the developers must use this power, with code that comes straight from the Xbox360 the Wii U can not show its power. The developer must utilize the DSP, the tesselation unit, the new features of the GPU and CPU. If programmers use this feature the Wii U could be 10x the power of Xbox360 in some categories, and could make things that you can't even think of with PS3/Xbox360.

Even if the Wii U streams a complex scenario for the gamepad and must effectively render the scene twice the graphics could be better than PS360 graphics, but not that much. If a game don't use the second screen or use it only for maps and such things, than the graphics could show a significant leap over PS360.
