wow i just realised something from that trailer... the guy asks joel if he has any bites or if anything is sprouting implying that the infection spreads through bites ( as it conventionally does with these types of games ) and also that the transformation is rapid
edit: i actually figured that the transformation would be more gradually since fungus usually grows slowly but i guess we'll have to wait for confirmation on how it actually works
