16gb sounds horrible for me, but then again people still buy 4gb 360s and the Wii U will have 8gb right, with expandable HDD and SD card support? Very smart move. 

Unless they bump up the Blu-ray drive read speed to 8x-12x though, I don't see how it will work. On whiff of a install like Rage or MGS4, and that HDD's done.
