It probably would take 2h of coding to add trophies to dmc4 so if Capcom had wanted to they would have done it long ago...

The game actually has something called accomplishments on PS3 and I can't believe converting those to trophies would take that long......

I vote VC mysef as I have never played the game but would be tempted to with trophies..

Well, considering that DMC4 has achievements, it's not like they would need to come up with names and trophy icons, since they already have those on the 360 (same with most multiplat games). I think the biggest problem is coding them into the game, which diverts manpower away from other games. I believe that is something a lot of companies don't want to do, since it costs them money.

They are coded into the game.

They just don't translate into trophies but accomplishments on the PS3 that you can see online on capcom servers...( and they are actually implemented in a way that you can not cheat and get someone else save to get them).

So you have very little change to make.  Like I said, 2 hours of coding. Recode the function that pops up accomplishments to pop trophies and update sony servers and you are done...
