More worshiping at the altar of Apple.

I just don't like the business model of the iOS games ... and mostly don't like their quality.

Apple is in the spotlight now. China is getting a new idevice, legal battles are everywhere with apple involved, it is selling huge amount of products, etc.

It makes sense that writers, the news, etc think tht Apple will take over all. Also it seems that many do enjoy the simplistic games that apple products bring to them.

Essentially, Global market share for Android on phones (not tablets) is more than 2:1 for Android (2012 1st Quarter).

iOs is just slightly larger than all of the non-Android competitors combnined.  But you would never know this from the development side.

That being said, Apple dominates in traffic because of the iPad -- which makes it more profitable. (Lack of availablity on Android does not help either).

The new Google  pad could really shake things up.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.
