That's a mistake.
The previous generation of nVIDIA and AMD GPUs have just one winner: AMD. But today the scenario changed and the GTX 600 series is way better for graphics than HD 7900 series.
Any console with Kepler GPU will reder better graphics than anything else existent in today market.
For memory I guess 4GB is a safe bet for consoles.
