By the time Huckabee started gaining momentum Romney was on his way out. After his loss on Super Tuesday Romney's steam was gone. I doubt he'd have won anymore states even if he stayed in. :P

That's a horrible choice for a running mate.  We don't even know if she will win her election this year. They need people with more experience, not a newbie who won't even be finished with her first term
