If i don't have AMC, what am i watching right now?
OT: the most i'll miss will be Comedy Central. Nickelodeon is neither here nor there, and the rest i've never particularly dealt with.
However, i do think that someone is going to back off. DirecTV is the biggest single TV provider in America (30 million subscribers, which is a tenth of the American population), and Viacom will start taking that hit immediately as their advertisement-base evaporates overnight and ratings immediately plummet, while DirecTV will only take damage if they drag it out long enough to convince users to jump ship
But Viacom seems to get into this with a lot of telecom providers. I remember New Year's Eve at my uncle's place a few years back, where Viacom was threatening Time Warner cable with something or other, and they backed off then as well.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
