Ni No kuni CE edition was first announce for Europe and One Piece CE is exlcusive for now and now this. What's up with that?

It would be absurdly strange to stage a conference in Italy and say "Hey this game is US only, ok guys?". I don't think they're priotizing no one. Other than that, not that I believe One Piece is not going to come to the US, but OP is much more famous in europe, so a EU reveal first is logical.
