No. We are speaking about England. We don't care about Ireland, Scottland, Wales, etc. Just the land where the English are from.
Edit: Some people call it the not so great Britten. ;) (Just joking around. When Americans say England, they mean the UK, when we say the UK we mean London only. It's like when people from other countries talk about the US they are refering to only California, Texas or New York. )
