i believe this are two different things. the thing i posted should be only for gaming and every game would be absolutely free to play with in game spots or so. with your device you could play android games or use onlive if i understood you correct? which you can buy for some dollars (or the free versions of it, sure). but no clue, maybe it is the same...
btw what you posted looks awesome! i really start to hate my slow internet when i see all these great things coming out now connecting all our devices to work together.

Yes, the could be two different devices. However, from what I read, they are one in the same. Who knows. All I want is a GoogleTV that has all this type of connectivity and feature set on my TV.
