I love this country. But the question is have you ever lived in England? If not, why dont you try to get a work visa and go there for a year or so. Ive lived in a few different places and traveled a lot. But once you travel you find out how similar the world is. You will find things that you never knew you loved about where you came from as well. And you will find things you love about the places you travel to.
If you haven't lived outside of Texas, also try living in some other parts of the states. Youll be surprised how different things are. I have a coworker who came from Austin last year and she fell in love with San Francisco, even though she is pretty Conservative.
