Is 9/10 difficulty a 4 or 5 star?

I was on the verge of getting Wipeout 2048 plat till all my online race progress was just lost, hoping it will come back as i think its just cos server is down, many people reporting it, if it doesnt come back i will prolly explode lol, so much online grinding >_
