I dont know much about the situation in burma, other that a state of amergency was decleared there recently(or my memory betrays me?), so when you use a fake picture of child (to elicit emotional responce) I am hasitent to say anything on this case (either you or the site you posted it from has an agenda) before I read more about it.
Still, my first thought is that I highlly doubt that muslims are the victims in this conflict(not this specific case), I know that esectarian tensions between muslims and other are strong in this part of the world as well, for example in bordering Thailand and lets say that usually its not muslims that suffer from intolerance.
