"When do you want next gen to happen???"
better question would be:
'when do you want to pay more for the same???'
even IF sony/MS substitute a lot of the cost, you are going to get barely noticeable changes, espcaily in the first few years, because IMO those game will be still developed for current base and ported to the next gen with the equivalent of PC "very high" setting.
