Maybe I've word it wrongly, but what I ment to say is, and you recognized it, that people play CoD because it's multliplayer yet we know almost nothing about WiiU's online, not the game but the system.

And since WiiU's online is still a mystery, the majority will pre-order the game for their existing console, console that their friends probably also have and that use to play online together.

Now, is it possible that some of those people change their pre-order if there is a WiiU version that is better than the PS360 one AND the system's online is good enough? Sure. But not many.

The games don't release until November. Information about the Wii U version (and the online of the system in general) is expected in August. As I said, I don't think many have decided on the Wii U version... but I do think that many are waiting to see what the Wii U version looks like before putting money down on their PS3/360 choice, for no other reason than that they can be confident that, once their money is down, they *will* get a copy at launch - and therefore waiting does no harm.

That the Wii U's online is a mystery at the moment is only a reason to wait. It could be the best system. It could be no better than the Wii. We don't know. And people often like to know before making their decision.
