Well that would be pretty shady of epic to do and Im pretty sure Nintendo doesn't  want them to.

I imagine that Epic's loyalty  would lean on Micrsofts side of the court.

No doubt everyone who has an early dev kit signed an NDA.

What is more scarey is the way he is thinking. Hopefully the next genaeration of game developers will not have the same mentality.

Developers get paid to work and not to be loyal fanboys trying to harm competitors that they do not like. If your management tells you to develop a game on a nokia phone, that is what you do,

It is better then the alternative of loosing your reputation and paycheck.
