I think I've never been scared by a game. I was around 11-13 when I got a PS1 and one of my favourite type of games were Survival Horror games like Resident Evil or Silent Hill. I played them with no problem back then and it was just like playing any other game for me, not scary at all...
It's extremely hard to get scared of a game today that I'm 22, specially by something like Dead Space which relies on cheap scares with things coming out to you suddenly and a lot of weapons and ammo at your disposal... feels more like an action/TPS game to me xD. I wish I could get scared like you, it would be fun :P
