Dead Space is only scary for about the first 30 minutes of the game. Then there is a sudden drop in tension and surprise moments and the game just keeps locking you into rooms with lots of monsters to shoot for the rest of the game. I am actually a wuss when it comes to horror games but I had no problem whatsoever with dead space. Silent Hill 2 and 3 on the other hand scared the shit out of me. Also, Anmesia, goddamn this game.
