It's a game streaming service that can stream the likes of Assassin's creed. Odds it'll be used to stream games for all of Sony's products, including its consoles. Just a wild guess.

Right, but we don't know, and we really can't know, except for the fact that it was acquired by SCE specifically rather than Sony as a whole.

The point is, we can't rush to judgment until we see where Sony's actually going with this, then we can pick it apart as we choose.
