The hacking was half the fun of the GC version (never had a Dreamcast), imo. Of course, this was back before i had the patience for games like that, so it was much more fulfilling to just be able to get the strongest weapons and the strangest MAGs because everyone had them.
I agree with many posters here. I'll be all over this if they drop it on Wii U, but otherwise i'll likely have to pass. Unless it truly is free and my new laptop can actually run it (likely have a deficient video card, but we'll see).
