I think they must add a second analog stick but they can't.

Financial reasons aside, I think if Nintendo adds a new stick then it will have a huge backslash from early adopters. If they make a new analog stick built in the console, then the game companies will make the right use of it (instead of limiting the stick to move the camera or other minor things) but that will make having a second analog stick mandatory and it will affect all the normal 3DS users who doesn't have /don't want CPP.

So to me, they made the wrong choice adding only one analog stick, but they cannot undo that at this point.

Also, why it doens't include the charger? That's being cheap, and no I will not take a "The consumer WINS" as a valid reason. If that's the case they can make a 3DSXL with/withouth charger and call it a day.
