They wouldn't have too. They'd only have to stall it long enough for the prices of all the components of the 720 to be cheap enough to mass produce, considering the lawyers M$ can afford it's very likely they can. This could actually result in the 720 being released earlier for around or the price they were planning on launching it for anyway. See the post above! They stalled it for the remainder of this year and 720 is a 2013 release anyway. It might just be 6 months earlier than planned and I'm not comlaining!! :P
