Carrying over from the other topic, even if you don't want to grab Kasumi (who is great), grabbing Overlord is really worth it if they ever put that DLC on sale. The music alone, really:

Overlord was one of the very few instances in the Mass Effect franchise affecting enough to move me to tears. It takes a lot of atmospheric cues from System Shock and Bioshock, too, which is always nice.
