Thing is I think GR isn't THE game to by a PSV for, but rather THE game for PSV owners to buy.

Depeneds on who you ask. For me, it is THE game which pushed me to buy a Vita rather than re-buying a 3DS. To each his own. There is no single THE game for any system, it will differ for everyone.
