Who knows what else the military is planning haha.
I once went to the site of a scientist who was nuts, but in one of his articles he presented pretty good evidence the spiral in the skies of Norway, who made the news as an UFO nearly a year ago and then was credited as a missile failure, was actually the US/EU stopping a russian missile dead on his tracks in seconds with some sort of experimental weapon as a sort of "look what we can do". Like I said, who knows.
