Okay. Understandable. Don't like that concept because it points to having a weak opinion. People like this game so to me, it isn't a bad game even-though I had no fun playing it and didn't like it? No man, if you ask me. It's a bad game. It's your opinion, it doesn't matter if I or someone else like's it or not. It's DIFFERENT if you don't like a genre, then you should remain out of it. Bias isn't ever right, for the negative or positive point of view. And to be fair, when I say bad I reviewed the game and gave it a 6.5/10 I believe. Really under definition it's "mediocre", but as a huge FF fan and a JRPG lover, it's a bad game. |
The fact you still can't grasp the point is baffling. It's nothing to do with other people. It's to do with being able to see things as having qualities even if you don't enjoy them. I don't like the music of Dizzee Rascal but I can see it's good, it's just not for me. I don't like lots of games but I can see they are good. They have good gameplay, good characters, good story etc but it just doesn't click with me. You seem to have this view point that everything can only be black and white.
Your logic is; I don't like something therefore it is bad......that sounds terrible. 'I don't like Portal 2 so it is bad. I don't like The beatles so they are bad. I don't like the shawshank redemption it's bad and so on.'
Also you reviewed a game and gave it a score of 6.5 (which wouldn't be medicore btw that would be 5 or so) but you thought it was bad.... well why did you give it a 6.5 then? Seems like a 'weak' opinion there where you caved in to what people expected.
Once again there is a huge difference between a bad game and a game someone doesn't like. For example in many ways RE:ORC was a bad game. However I still liked it. Just because I like it doesn't make me blind to the fact it is a pretty bad game though.
