I don't understand how you've done your list at all. Some stuff you've missed:

- Studio Cambridge is making Killzone Vita, not GG. Guerilla are working on 2 projects - Killzone 4, and a new IP.

- No mention of Studio London? They make mostly Singstar and Eyepet games (and Playstation Home I think), but they're still a part of SCE WWS.

- Japan Studio is made up of three different entities: Project Siren (Gravity Rush), Team Ico (The Last Guardian) and the main studio (Ape Escape, Patapon) who I think are currently working on Soul Sacrifice.

- Santa Monica are working on a shooter project. I think you can basically leave it at that & GoW:A until they announce anything else.

- Studio Liverpool are working on a Vita/PS3 project. I can't be bothered looking for the article now, but if you search around a bit I'm sure you'd be able to find it. Likely to be WipEout, yes, but we don't really know anything at this point.

- Your list of second/third party studios is confusing. Insomniac aren't a second party studio anymore, but if they are, they deserve to be there about as much as United Front Games.

- Ready at Dawn haven't announced any project for Sony, in fact what they're working on is an unannounced project for next-gen home consoles. So nothing for the Vita, I'd remove that from your list.

- Lightbox Interactive have a multi-title partnership with Sony. We can expect to see another exclusive from them in the future.

- Eat Sleep play have moved on to making mobile games. We don't really have any idea what David Jaffe is up to. I'm sure he'll consult with Sony at some point, but I'd just leave that part blank for now.

- You're forgetting Clap Hanz (Everybody's Golf) and Cellius (Ridge Racer Vita). Both second-party studios which Sony have a small financial interest in (I think).

- ThatGameCompany won't be bought by Sony, and won't be releasing exclusively for them anymore. They've raised the funding to self-publish their games in the future. Again, there's an article out there somewhere if you search for it.

There's some more stuff that I could go through, but that's the basics of it.

On the plus side, I didn't know that a PGR dev had joined Evolution Studios, that is absolutely awesome news. Motorstorm is one of my favourite new IP's this generation.
