Well some ones that come to mind that I remember being a bit disappointing but graphically pretty good:
Medal of Honor (Wasn't exciting.)
Ninja Gaiden II (haven't tried 3 yet but this just didn't do much for me.)
Bionic Commando (does not do a good service to the classic game)
Operation: Racoon City (just plain dull. not very enjoyable to me)
Fable III (While I wouldn't say this game was a complete let down I can for sure say I liked 1 and 2 better. I just didn't like the changes they made and hated the so many various collectibles in this game. There were like 5 or so different collectibles. Collectibles to me can be annoying if the developer puts too many in. One set of collectibles is fine but no more than 2 please!)
