These 2 points stand out the most to me. People complain about the Xbox Live fee, but to me its reassuring that microsoft is making that much more money instead of losing money because they aren't struggling financially.
That's why I don't mind ads, the more money m$ makes, the more assured I feel that they'll be around and able to support their next gen system.
