In the original ending, the Mass relay's blew up (like in the Arrival DLC), but in the new ending, they edited it so they're only heavily damaged :)

1). I didn't like that part as well, but if you see the "I don't want to choose" option, the Star child gets Harbinger's vocie so it was really just him all along trying to get his point of view across.
2). lol I don't know why its designed that way, but taking the citadel to Earth does make a bit of sense, just because its the heart of reaper controlled territory.
3). It's magic :P
4). Magic again :P
5). You opposed them because they were controlled by the reapers, because of that they could not of actually done anything (Star child tell's you this).
6). He can ask questions now, but yeah it is a bit weird :/
