I guess its a good deal if you use XBL Gold , but if you dont plan to do so (like me), its a bad deal.

Good list of games, I think you should enjoy all of those.
I would "advice" you to not buy Fable 2 though, for the simple reason that the series has been in serious decline since, so unless you intend to enjoy it as a stand-alone experience, you may wish to put that on the "someday when it's 5 bucks" list. 
I must admit, I still have to play Lost Oddesey myself :/ Might have to order it tomorrow. :P
