I am somewhat ambivalent about the purchase as well. Bethesda has been far too secretive for my liking, and it isn't making a first day purchase a easy choice to say the least. There isn't anything remotely approaching a good way to measure whether the expansion is worth the admission price. I can make the choice myself, because I literally have nothing else on my plate at this time. The next game I plan to buy will not come out until September. Which puts me in a risk taking mood, but to be honest it isn't feeling like a great bet right now.
