There is a lot of misinterpretation in this thread. The vast majority of the deep web is fundamentally benign, and not to shatter any illusions is a fairly safe place. It is comprised of data dumps, shrines, club houses, and dark forums. It is based off hobbyists, small clubs, and catalogers. Hell much of it is just sites that haven't been updated in years. Yes you can find some crazy shit there, but it is few and far between.
I get the feeling some of you think it is a haven for perverts, criminals, and lunatics. When it is more like a small club house. Where friends meet up and hang out. You know it is kind of refreshing in a way to be part of a small tight knit community that not just anyone can stumble into. I am a member on a couple black forums myself, and trust me shit is pretty much the same as it is here. Except it is more laid back, and people don't post frantically.
