using the same GT5 engine, you get 50 so cars, 10 tracks. It's a mini-version of GT5 for fans who can't wait for them to finish the game.

Get it if you are a fan, bashing the price of a game on a console you don't even own, much less will buy, is just stupid

and yes, you know who you are. ;)
So now we're not allowed to criticize something unless we plan to own it? That is the most flawed, egocentricl logic I have ever heard. If I view something as exploitive, I will comment on it. And personally, paying $40 for a small portion of a game you will eventually pay $60 for is a very idiotic, wasteful purchase. Though, it is ingenious on Sony's part, if a bit taking advantage of their customers.

i think what he is trying to say is if you don't even have a ps3, you shouldn't be bashing the game, because its not like it really could effect you.  I understand where people are coming from saying that PD and Sony are trying to exploit people, but I believe they are wrong.

IMO if somebody gets good use out of a game and enjoys it, they aren't being taken advantage of.  Being taken advantage of is when EA charges $60 for the same Madden every year with a different guy on the box.  I'm going to get a solid year of fun, enjoybale gameplay out of GT5:P that I wouldn't have gotten if I had simply waited out for the full game.  Playing the Prolouge will take nothing away from the actual game when it does come out, so its not like I am being charged double for the same experience.
